How to find peace in this world

#1 – do what you have to do to expose the boogeymen in your life: The things that have given you fear since you were young. As long as boogeymen are active, they will operate below your line of consciousness, and undermine you, and sabotage you. Face them down…. they will vaporize because they are a mind-lie. They can act out as “demons” in your life, but it is your mind that is making them real.

#2 – Deep work in self inquiry method , because many of your inner harmful voices (angry parts of you that were suppressed at some point in your life) can’t get teased out by anyone else but you and your inner guide. They do not need to be extinguished, they are a part of you, and need to be accepted, have their anger and hurt be heard, and then THEIR boogeymen will be vaporized.

#3 – Realize that what you feel you are missing in your life is actually the benchmark experience of before you were born from your mothers womb.

#4 – Use whatever method you find that works to re-connect to your benchmark.

#5 – Realize that our creator has given us all the tools we need for healthy body/mind, and that there is no chasm between the creator and you. It is not a potter with a pot. It is relationship.

#6 – There is only one creator, and we are all reaching for the same thing.

#7 – If we do not commune with the creator, our safe harbour, we will become harmful beings. We will become harmful beings if we do not keep in tune with our inner benchmark, because the world is a harmful and hurtful place, and we have to protect ourselves and build walls in order to live in it. Our inner benchmark gives us a safe harbour to operate from, so we don’t have to become hardened by the world.
