That is cute… the problem here is, that with a smattering of scientific understanding, folks are confusing levels of reality. But they are very real and different levels. They are more than simple context. At one microscopic level (which is below the human experiencing level) this rock is a jumble of atoms and they have a specific characteristic .
But at the human experiencing level, this rock is something that will cause a person head great trauma if it bumps into it. So, playing the walnut shell game, they manage to totally confuse themselves about what that object is.
We as humans do not experience that rock as a jumble of atoms, unless we are looking at it with a very powerful microscope.
The way we experience the rock is that it is hard, and if it bumps into us at any speed, it will draw blood.
That is the truth of the matter.
