Given that our minds attention is always running from one thing to the next, and our sense of need or satisfaction along with it, can we say “this moment is perfect” or “every flowing moment is perfect”?
If there is a sense of “i need something in order for this moment to be perfect”, then we are in a vicious circle what cannot be satisfied.
It is truly a “you can’t get there from here” situation.
The fact is, we belong at “Home”, and we sense we are lost, and can’t find our way Home.
All the while, Home is tapping us on the shoulder trying to wake us up.
Focusing on our breath brings us home instantaneously.
Focusing on our breath does not have space to carry needs.
We are either experiencing fullness, or we are experiencing neediness of some kind.
Neediness can never be filled.
The answer is staring you in the face.
We are born full, and it is only our confusion that steals it from us.
