Focusing Inward – Focusing Outward

We all need to focus outwards in our lives, arranging our life, feeding ourselves and those around us, dodging obstacles, driving cars, doing our job, dealing with people around us.

These outward things call us non-stop. But these things will pull us off balance, if we do not maintain a sense of where our “center” is. This is the very reason why people need to “stop, get away, and find myself”.

We must have a practice where we gather ourselves back to Focus Inward. Our balance will be as strong as our centering practice is, or as scattered as our lack of focusing is. Our life: strong and focused or scattered, is all up to us and our choice in this matter.
