Re: fall of man story
I am going to suggest that our interpretation of the Fall of Man story is a misunderstanding.
But the true message is there hidden by our interpretation.
We interpret the story to mean that we are cast out by the Almighty, but in fact the disconnect is an action of our own: actively seeking to disconnect with our Source by allowing our mind (the DMN mode) to spin tales and ruminations. There is a glitch there that wants “me” to be in control.
Conversely, we are healed back into the relationship by simply reconnecting what we have actively sought to disconnect. There is no other sacrificial lamb required, only our admission and contrition for choosing self-will over being connected with the Almighty. I believe this was Jesus message.
The DMN builds narrative that we are fallen and out of relationship with the Almighty, but the fact is, that it is the result of our own actions, and the healing process didn’t need a redeemer, it needs metanoia, as Jesus taught…. a recognition and a turning around.

What is the Big I?
The Almighty is the Source of All. But the Almighty is not simply an impersonal force. The Almighty is also not a person, like a human personality. In the Jewish tradition, the Almighty in Hebrew is plural (Elohim) designating the “godhead”, because using a human pronoun just didn’t seem to cut it.
The Jewish tradition was not comfortable with any definitions of the Almighty, as they considered it to be arrogant to define the Almighty.
Many other traditions use multiple gods, or a godhead. They also struggled with giving a simple definition.
Some traditions at first glance, seem to be atheistic, as they do not consider there to be a god. This is not actually what is going on there. They resist the urge to put a definition on the Almighty, as they consider it arrogant, and limiting on something that is boundless and limitless (which they discuss in their scriptures).

Take a moment or longer, after reading each of the following:
Why do we disconnect with the Almighty within us
We disconnect because the “small i” (ego) wants to usurp that position of the Big I within us.
It is not a morality thing, it is a mindset thing.
————————————-
The small-I builds self-will. It is a natural part of us.
————————————-
Self-will is not “bad” or “evil”. It rises from our survival instinct, which is obviously necessary.
Self-will is actually a useful tool, but if it rises up and attempts to usurp the Big I, then it is not in its proper place.
It is out of sync with the Dao, and lives in “bad luck” territory.
To shift to “In Sync”: reconnect.
————————————-
It is a normal situation, to have the small self try to usurp the place of the Big I. There is an automatic process causes an alarm: and calls us back to a right place. It is a spider sense: a warning bell at the edge of correct balance.
The alarm is very much like kids playing pin the tail on the donkey: You’re getting warmer… you’re getting cooler… depending on if you are in the place you should be or not. We are built with sensing to know the answer to this, but if we block that sense, we will go wrong.
————————————-
Correct balance is simply connectedness, sensed while proper focus on the breath.
————————————-
The breath is the human body’s physical connection tool. Focusing on the breath is the Big I in action. Focusing on the breath, is the bringing of body and mind together in NOW.
————————————-
The body and the mind are one system, yet they have their individual functions.
Body/Mind is that system. (Not one, not two)
————————————-
When we reconnect, it is an act of submission (and/or contrition), and our small self shifts to its original state: in correct relationship with the Big I.
————————————-
The Big I is the Almighty, which is a part of our makeup.
————————————-
The sense of sacredness and the awesomeness of the Almighty is born of, and a part of this connectedness.
————————————-
Sacredness is drowned out by self-will.
————————————-
Original nature is not a chasm with two opposing sides. Original nature is a fundamental connectedness, rising from the primal source, and expresses itself in every physical entity, each in their own way.
————————————-
The felt sense of chasm alerts us when the small I causes a disconnect.
————————————-
Humans, the world, and the universe are precisely the way they were meant to be, from the beginning. There is no lacking and no excess. Every Thing was built “as it is”: perfect in its own place.
————————————-
The human mind is unique in its ability to ruminate itself into a disconnect.
————————————-
It is within this disconnect: a darkness caused by purposeful turning away from the Big I in order to give dominance to self-will, that humans are able to do harm to both themselves and to others.
————————————-
There is the outer world and there is the inner world, and there IS THIS. Here and Now.
————————————-
Every created thing is in a state of NOW.
Think about this…why isn’t any physical thing straying from the CURRENT timeline? There is truth there to be discovered.
————————————-
Show me one thing that is not Now. If you say there is something, show it to me now.
What is being discussed is our own personal experiencing, because our entire level of existence is informed by our experiencing of NOW.
————————————
Self-will is what Jesus called satan, which causes disconnectedness.
The Father’s Will is connectedness.
Disconnectedness is self-will is satan.
Look at the times it is mentioned in the Bible…… it is always about self-will.
————————————
If all that is spoken of Jesus is understood in this light, then his teaching shows its true colours and value.
————————————
The Spirit moves in and thru all, and informs us of Right Thought, Right Vocation, and Right Action in each of us individually and socially.
————————————
The Spirit is not stationary, so it’s parameters are not fixed nor can they be written down. The Spirit is not bound by our petty human considerations.
————————————
Humans are built to rely on the inner voice, the inner light, the inner urging of the Spirit.
————————————
As it was, and is, so shall it be.
