Behind the understood is the beyond comprehension.
The Xin Xin Ming is a chant which describes the mind in the DMN mode and the TPN mode. Reading it in this way is clear teaching.
It shows the suffering created by living life in a mode full of opinions.
It shows the peace and satisfaction created by living life in a mode full of satisfaction and peace.
Reality is Dharma
