We should live in our mind, where the (supposed) boogeyman is outside the house, and can only harm us if we allow him in. Then our mind is quiet, and we can see the world clearly.
In fact, there is no boogeyman, only life and its ups and downs.
Seeing the world thru afraid and angry eyes paints it a colour that is not actually true. It might be fun, but is not true, nor is it the way we were meant to live.
If one thinks of the characteristics we see a “hero” having, this is the way. 🙂
