There is but One Essence. What name shall we give it?
All things in the heavens and on earth are manifestations of the One Essence.
All appearances in physical form, all shapes, all things, are formed from the One Essence.
The One Essence is the substance from which all things are formed.
The One Essence is in no way limited in what form it may take.
The One Essence, in one moment, may be called continuity. Do not hold on to that.
The One Essence, in one moment, may be called unbroken. Do not hold on to that.
The One Essence, in one moment, may be called “me” or “you”. Do not hold on to that.
The One Essence, in one moment, may be called ocean, or it may take on the quality of oceanic. Do not hold on to that.
The One Essence, in one moment, may be called singular, or it may take on the quality of a point of view. Do not hold on to that.
The One Essence, in one moment, may be called Jesus. Do not hold on to that. Don’t be stuck! Let it flow by…………..
The One Essence, in one moment, may be called Shakyamuni Buddha. Do not hold on to that. Don’t be stuck! Let it flow by…………..
The One Essence, in one moment, may be called The Great Spirit. Do not hold on to that. Don’t be stuck! Let it flow by…………..

The One Essence has no divisions, yet it contains all divisions.
The One Essence has no boundaries, yet it contains all boundaries.
The One Essence is all things, is in all things, through all things, beyond all things, behind all things.
The One Essence feeds all things, as an embryo feeds its child.
The One Essence is like the hand, and the glove is like any form it may take.
The One Essence color is the rainbow, its form is myriad stars and planets.
Why would any human not be humbled by this knowledge?
Being all of One Essence, what actions might a human do, to his brother or sister Catholic, Protestant, Buddhist, Muslim, Hindu, Baha’i?
