Our level of existence and its impact on society

Levels of existence: (Which one are we practising?)

1. Gathering sustenance to survive, regardless of anyone else. (Doing whatever the f*ck i want)

2. Sharing with others because we might need their help some day too.

3. Considering other folks, and treating them the way we want to be treated. (walking a mile in another person’s moccasins)

4. True compassion for other folks, where we care for others, regardless of whether it would benefit us or not.

These are levels of humanity, and our society will display the level, and function on the level, that its citizens practice.

Look around you and you will see this….

We can’t get away with acting however the f*ck we want, without it having an impact on our social environment.

Laws are made to hold that standard, but individuals actually make it functional or dysfunctional.

It IS up to each of us.

We are either making society better or worse.

Note: Using our religious beliefs or ideological beliefs as excuses to act out of line with these facts, does not alter these facts. That just makes us hypocrites.
