Ach … Life….

i look around and see all the folks that are angry and struggling and hurting, and it really is heartbreaking.

To be alive, and to need friendship and help from others is such a two edged sword.

But my experience is that the Creator has given freely to each of us, a safe place in our hearts, where we can find inner strength… and that strength radiates from that connected heart, into our lives, where we can use that strength to help others.

It reminds me of a picture that came to me a number of years ago…

I saw myself with an IV in my arm, and on the end of that IV was a needle ….. and i was sticking that needle in my relationships and drawing sustenance from it… and sucking the relationship dry.

This is the need of acceptance and need for love and caring…..

Then it became clear that the Creator had endowed each and every one of us with the Creators “spring of living water” and that springs up inside us and feeds us, so we need never be hungry.

Spending time connecting each day, we go into the day with the strength to help, rather than a need that needs to be filled.
