Structure that works

I am going to attempt to begin an essay on the guidelines that seem to be FAIRLY universal, discussing the subject of how to grow a social and governing structure that is as free of the Human Conditions as possible. (dis-satisfaction, greed, anger, lust, envy, gluttony, pride, and sloth (laziness) corruption.)

1.) Power Corrupts: The only method of minimizing corruption is to keep power in smaller packages,
so some form of decentralization is necessary. There is NO WAY of building a large centralized
structure without it becoming corrupt.

2.) We must learn, and teach, how the human mind works:
The human mind likes to get fixated, and the only way to keep it from being fixated is to learn to
live in our breath, in the present moment, and be cognizant and aware of the onset of opinions and
attitudes which keep us from functioning from our quiet center.
