A certain social environment in a time period, creates a certain attitude.

The lasting effects of the environment from when a person was raised, cause generational syndromes that impact them, their children and their children’s children …. this will never change, as humans instincts will never change. The only thing that saves humans is a society that teaches:
“how to live together with our harming each other”.
That strata of social concepts is not natural to us: it is learned, so we all need to be taught how to live together and not harm one another.
