Never getting bogged down in any moment but this one, this one, this one……
There is only this road.
All other ways lead to trouble of one kind or another.
Are you free to take this road?
You came into this world with no beliefs, and you will leave all your beliefs behind when you leave.
You came into this world with no feelings about other people, and you will leave all your feelings about other people behind when you leave.
You came into this world with no expectations about how life should be, and you will leave all these expectations behind when you leave.
In this moment, you can be free of what other people feel and think about you.
In this moment, you can be free of what you think and feel about other people.
The Almighty had no expectations of you when you were born, and he will have no expectations of you when you leave. Can you believe this? Are you afraid to believe this?
This moment is as pure as the breath you are taking. This breath has not been blackened by your last breath, and is not impacted by your next breath. There is only ever THIS breath.
All the history picture we paint around this breath, is our sickness.
Are you free to experience this breath? Or are you tied up by all your thoughts, feelings, and opinions?
