For those of us who are getting older (who isn’t! haha) and are interested in keeping our bones and sketetal structure as healthy as we can, this article is very interesting.
On the one hand, it sounds like inflammation helps in the process of healing the bones, but that ongoing inflammation contributes to the degrading of the bones…….. It may just have been my “impatient reading” getting things confused, but this does seem to be the upshoot of the article.
BTW, this website is incredible for keeping abreast of the latest scientific information!
