Let it all pour out like i am a best friend listening.

Is it true false or exaggerated?

Let the answer be clear.

Am I willing to let this whole story go?

Drop it (Arm goes out, hand flips down, open hand, BOOM)

Did the sense you were feeling release?

If it did, I’m free

Why does this work?

Because the originator and carrier of the anger/anxiety is me.

i am the only one who can drop it.

It is the stickiness of my mind that makes a passing cloud stay after its expiry date.
