A few thoughts on living free, and how tension might impact our experiencing of freedom. 🙂

What are the main issues/obstacles , impacting living our life free from suffering, and living smoothly and flowingly?

Is our level of well-being impacted by the amount of “subconscious” tension we are carrying in our body?

Is the amount of tension we are unwittingly carrying in our body, in relation to, how “conscious and aware” we are?

Is the tension we are carrying in our body, a physical sign of an area in our life which we are not living “present and aware”?

Does allowing the subconscious (ruminating on our problems, uncontrolled daydreaming/doing one thing and thinking about another thing) to run rampant in our lives cause mind sickness and its partner of unattended tension?

How do we choose for awareness and consciousness, without making our subconscious feel rejected?

Do the parts of us which feel rejected become angry and does that make them morph into demons in our lives?

Can we bring the parts of us which have become our inner “enemies” back to the light?

Is the light we experience equal to how “conscious and aware” we are?

Is the darkness/lack of control/victimization we experience equal to how “separated and unaware” we are in the moment?

If so, what does this say for having a practice which makes us more present in the moment?
